Speakers

  • Will has been serving in technical ministry for over 30 years.  He graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with majors in business management and management information systems.  He also graduated from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity in Biblical Languages.  In addition to his formal education, he’s a certified speaker, coach, and trainer with the Maxwell Leadership Team.  Will has been married for 28 years to his wife, Janelle, and they have two college-age sons.

WILLOW HODGE

  • Willow Hodge is the Technical and Video Director at Hope Fellowship Church in Frisco, Texas. She started her journey in live production at the age of 16 and has been growing in the field for 10 years. She specializes in live multi-cam directing, camera operation, and building up volunteer teams. In 2023, her directing of the Brave Women’s Conference was featured on the Behind the Broadcast’s Instagram account. In her free time, Willow likes to play video games, roller skate, and spend time with all of her animals. 

  • Hey friends! I’m a North Carolina-born missionary kid that grew up in a bunch of different places, but I call Virginia home. I graduated from Liberty University with a BM in Commercial Music: Recording Engineering and Producing. While on campus, I worked on the production team for the School of Music mixing FOH and monitors for various events. I originally came to Texas for an internship with the Worship Initiative, but ended up moving here when I was offered a job on the production team at Watermark Community Church. I’ve spent the last 5+ years here and took over the Audio Director role about a year and a half ago. Though my degree is in recording, most of my experience is in live sound.

CARSON BURCHETT

  • Carson is a seasoned multi-instrumentalist, producer, mix and mastering engineer who has a passion for excellence, especially in the church. He is the founder of Sidecar Production House and has worked alongside artists from Elevation Worship, Bethel Music, and more.  Carson is passionate about training others and sharing his knowledge on the latest audio technologies and best practices in church settings.

  • Brandon has been serving as the Lighting Director at Lakepointe Church since 2007, where he strives to create transformative visual experiences that elevate the worship experience. He is dedicated to helping volunteer and staff teams achieve their potential. His expertise in blending technical skill with creative vision enables him to craft impactful environments that inspire and engage audiences. Known for his collaborative spirit and problem-solving abilities, Brandon thrives on overcoming challenges and finding new ways to enhance the overall experience for performers and attendees.

    When not at Lakepointe, Brandon enjoys woodworking and spending time with his wife Kelli, and their two children Braxton and Lainey.

  • Tim Logsdon has over 12 years of experience in lighting production, starting as a volunteer, and working his way up to Lighting Operations Director at Gateway Church. His journey has been driven by a passion for creating meaningful worship experiences through innovative lighting solutions. He has been married for 10 years and is a proud #girldad to two beautiful girls. In this workshop, Tim will share his hands-on experience with Networked DMX, offering practical tips and insights to help church teams elevate their lighting systems.
