  • Hey friends! I’m a North Carolina-born missionary kid that grew up in a bunch of different places, but I call Virginia home. I graduated from Liberty University with a BM in Commercial Music: Recording Engineering and Producing. While on campus, I worked on the production team for the School of Music mixing FOH and monitors for various events. I originally came to Texas for an internship with the Worship Initiative, but ended up moving here when I was offered a job on the production team at Watermark Community Church. I’ve spent the last 5+ years here and took over the Audio Director role about a year and a half ago. Though my degree is in recording, most of my experience is in live sound.

BRYAN BAILEY

This was a good time away for my team and was particularly helpful for my newest members. It helped me see opportunities for how God may shape my personal career and how I can steward the relationship and talent on my team. Conversations outside of sessions, meals, and worshiping with my team were nearly as valuable as the conference sessions and I will definitely bring the team back in 2025. I believe the environment of the conference and the heart of conference leadership cultivate a space for team members to be authentic and truly relaxed. Some team members went back to their hotel rooms and just spent time with the lord after sessions and that was a beautiful thing to see.

I believe the environment of the conference and the heart of conference leadership cultivate a space for team members to recharge and reimagine their roles.
