FAQ’S

  • The SALT 2024 Standard conference ticket will include access to five main sessions, six workshop slots, a box lunch on both Thursday & Friday, meeting SALT sponsors, and taking part in the art and interactive installments SALT provides for inspiration and knowledge.

  • Both the Premium and Premium+ tickets include access to SALT Masterclass intensive sessions. These ticket holders will be able to select and attend one of the four offered masterclass sessions.

    The Premium+ ticket is the SALT VIP experience. Reserved seating in the main room, Custom VIP Badge, 10% off in the SA T Store, a Backstage tour, and is also refundable (refund requests must be made by September 1, 2024).

    Each of these ticket options has limited availability.

  • If for any reason you are unable to attend SALT 2024 you may receive a refund for the entirety of your ticket as long as you let us know (in writing) by September 1, 2023. Only Premium+ tickets have this refund option.

  • Yes! While we encourage everyone to attend in person to get the BEST experience, the online experience does have its perks like exclusive interviews, behind-the-scenes looks, and special giveaways. To be notified when online registration is open click here!

  • Once a ticket has been purchased all sales are final. However, if you purchased a Premium+ ticket you can get a refund on your ticket. You must email your refund request to info@saltcommunity.com by September 1, 2024, to receive a full refund.

    Transferring Your Ticket

    There are no refunds if you purchased a Conference Rate Special, Standard, or Premium ticket. However, you can sell or transfer your ticket to a new attendee. You must notify our office by September 15, 2024, to request your ticket be transferred. For any transfers please email us at info@saltcommunity.com.

  • Our team needs an army of volunteers and help during the week of SALT 2024! If you or your team want to help host, serve, and support those who attend SALT through hospitality, registration, serving lunches, running cameras, or technically producing a workshop room, we’d love to hear from you. Check out our Volunteer page for more information and to let us know you’re interested.

    *Please note: all volunteers are responsible for their own lodging and transportation.

  • Our meals have typically been a warm chicken sandwich or a deli wrap/sandwich. Due to a wide range of food allergies and dietary restrictions, we are unable to accommodate special requests regarding lunch. If you require something specific for lunch, we recommend bringing your own lunch or planning to visit a restaurant near our venue. Outside food is allowed at SALT 2024.

    Water, snacks, and drip coffee will be provided to attendees for free during the entire conference. Premium coffee can be purchased at the coffee shop inside Irving Bible Church.

    *SALT 2024 registration does not include breakfast or dinner. Food trucks will be on campus Thursday evening for attendees to purchase their own meals if they do not wish to leave campus.

  • Masterclass is:

    • A 4-hour deep dive into specific areas of interest

    • An interactive and engaging learning environment

    • Advanced on-site conference registration

    You’re not just sitting in a lecture, you’re learning from the best of the best while also workshopping for your own church. It is hands down the best learning environment of SALT Conference.

    Masterclass sessions take place on the first day of the conference (Oct. 16, 2024) prior to main registration for standard ticket holders.

  • Workshop seating is first come, first serve. No need to reserve your preferred workshops in advance, though we recommend checking out all workshop options a few weeks before the conference to plan your day. Also make sure to keep an eye on your email for when the conference app is launched. You will be able to see all the workshops and build a personal schedule to make sure you get to all your favorites.
